Core Workforce Values will be administrated to all employees during the first ninety days of employment, within your respective districts. During this training, you will learn what it looks like to live MoDOT values through enhancement in performance development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and drug and alcohol policies and practices. Upon completing this training, MoDOT employees will live out the values of being Safe, Accountable, Respectful, Inclusive, Bold, Better, and One Team daily. Core Workforce Values equips MoDOT employees to excel in their positions each day while serving the state of Missouri.
