• Phase 2: When funding becomes available
  • Build “dog bone” roundabout at I-44 and Route B/MM
  • Remove Phase 1 signals at I-44 and Route B/MM ramps
  • Realign North Outer Road
  • Restriping lanes on bridge over I-44 to include additional third lane capacity
