Details: Contractor crews drilling shafts for new signal bases as part of the Missouri Route 13 Intersection Project in Kimberling City
Traffic Impacts:
- Southbound Route 13 traffic shifted to the center turn lane at Wildwood Lane/Kissee Avenue intersection in Kimberling City
- Northbound Route 13 traffic remains in the right lane
- Wildwood Lane will be closed at the Route 13 and Wildwood Lane/Kissee Avenue intersection
- Crews and equipment close to traffic
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Project Summary:
- Contractor crews will remove the wooden posts, upgrade the signal and traffic detection loops and pavement stripe
- Contractor: Ewing Signal Construction of Nixa
- Completion date: December 1, 2021 (Contractor expects the project to be completed by early September)
- Total estimated cost: $204,160
