The Business Development and Compliance Division is responsible for administration of all programs related to non-discrimination, affirmative action, and equal opportunity, related to MoDOT contracting activities using federal funds. The primary programs include the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Contract Compliance, On the Job Training, Title VI Non-discrimination and Commercially Useful Function Programs.

DBE Lunch & Learn:  DBE Mentor-Protégé Program

This Virtual Lunch & Learn will  provide information about MoDOT's DBE Mentor-Protégé Program and Guidelines. MoDOT’s Mentor-Protégé Program centers on the development of mutually beneficial business relationships between DBE firms and prime contractors & consultants. The purpose of this program element is to further the development of DBEs.  Firms interested in participating as either as a mentor or protégé are welcome to attend.
