MoDOT TRAFFIC ALERT: Expect Nighttime Ramp Closures at U.S. 60-to-U.S. 65 and U.S. 65-to-I-44

Where: Eastbound U.S. Route 60-to-north/southbound U.S. Route 65 ramp and northbound U.S. Route 65-to-east/westbound I-44 ramp CLOSED in Springfield

When: 12 midnight until 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 1

What: Contractor crews to close ramps to repair guardrail

Traffic Impacts:

  • Ramps CLOSED to traffic during nighttime hours where crews are working
  • Ramps open during daytime hours
  • Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas
  • Drivers urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
  • Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
