MoDOT TRAFFIC ALERT: Missouri Route 14 Nighttime Lane Closures in Nixa

Where: Missouri Route 14 nighttime lane closures between Delaware Street and New Street in Nixa

When: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Wednesday night and Thursday night, October 12-13

What: MoDOT crews installing a pipe underneath the road. Work is part of the Mt. Vernon Street (Missouri Route 14) Widening Project in Nixa.

Traffic Impacts:

• Nighttime lane Closures on Missouri Route 14 between Delaware Street and New Street in Nixa
• One lane of Route 14 will be open at all times
• Drivers will encounter flaggers directing traffic through the work zone where crews are working
• Drivers are urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
• Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
• Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
