What: U.S. Route 60 traffic shifted to head-to-head configuration in the eastbound lanes at Missouri Route 125 in Rogersville
When: Monday, September 18 until phase 3 of the project begins
Details: Contractor crews will begin traffic control and moving barricades at 8 p.m., Monday night, September 18. Traffic shift will be completed early Tuesday morning, September 19. Crews are moving into Phase 2 of the U.S. Route 60 and Missouri Route 125 Interchange Project.
Traffic Impacts:
- Both lanes of westbound U.S. Route 60 traffic shifted in a head-to-head configuration onto the eastbound U.S. Route 60 lanes at Missouri Route 125 in Rogersville
- Route 60 median crossovers will NOT be closed during Phase 2 at the following locations: Farm Road 205, Harmony Avenue, Farm Road 213, Farm Road 219, Farm Road 223, Farm Road 229, Farm Road 241
- Traffic Signals at Route 60 and Route 125 will allow left hand turns one direction at a time with the thru movement
- Both directions of Route 60 are reduced to two 10’ lanes in each direction
- Speed is reduced to 50 mph in the work zone
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
