When: 8 p.m. Monday, January 22 until 7 a.m. Monday, January 29
What: Contractor crews to pave the approach to Glenstone Avenue (Business 65/Loop 44) as part of the Glenstone Avenue Safety, Operational, Pedestrian, and Pavement Project
Traffic Impacts:
- Marsa Drive Closed east of Glenstone Avenue in Springfield
- Portland Street Closed west of Glenstone Avenue in Springfield
- Glenstone Avenue (Business 65/Loop 44) Open
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- No signed detours are planned
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
Project Information:
- KCI Construction Co., St. Louis is doing the work for a low bid amount of $14.9 million.
- The project is to be completed by December 1, 2024.
