MoDOT TRAFFIC ALERT: Missouri Route 125 CLOSED at U.S. Route 60

In Rogersville Beginning the Week of May 28, as Phase 5 of Project Begins

What: Missouri Route 125 CLOSED at U.S. Route 60 in Rogersville

When: Beginning the week of May 28

Details: Contractor crews will CLOSE Route 125 at Route 60. This full closure of Route 125 at Route 60 will begin Phase 5 of the U.S. Route 60 and Missouri Route 125 Interchange Project. In this next phase, traffic will NOT be able to make right turns onto Route 60 or Route 125 at the intersection as they could in phase 4. Route 60 traffic will be shifted onto the new bridge over Route 125. Crews will continue to keep the Route 60 crossover medians temporarily CLOSED between Farm Road 205 and Farm Road 241, for up to 3 months, for safety reasons.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Route 125 CLOSED at Route 60
  • Route 60 is OPEN in both directions and shifted onto the new bridge over Route 125
  • Route 60 crossover medians temporarily CLOSED for up to 6 months at:
    • Farm Road 205
    • Harmony Avenue
    • Farm Road 213
    • Farm Road 219
    • Farm Road 223
    • Farm Road 241
  • Speed is reduced to 50 mph in the work zone
  • Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.

    • Outer Road north of Route 60: November 1, 2023 (Completed)
    • Route 60/Route 125 Interchange: November 1, 2024
