MoDOT TRAFFIC ALERT: Nighttime Traffic Slowdowns/Stops on Missouri Route 13 North of Springfield

Where: Missouri Route 13 between North Richland Road and Greene County Route O north of Springfield

When: 3 a.m. – 5 a.m., Wednesday early morning, January 29

What:  Utility crews installing a utility line across Route 13 north of Springfield. Crews will set up the work zone the night of Tuesday, January 28. Roadrunner will slow traffic on Route 13 for up to two15-minutes periods.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Missouri Route 13 traffic slowed or stopped for up to 15 minutes between North Richland Road and Greene County Route O north of Springfield
  • Roadrunner will slow or stop traffic on Route 13
  • Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
