REVISED: Lane closures on 6th Street in Jackson County for Permit Work, Feb. 13 - April 11

REVISED JACKSON COUNTY – Permit work for utility operations will require various lane closures on E. 6th Street starting east at Superior Street and Under MO Route 9 (Heart of America Bridge) east to Charlotte Street in Downtown Kansas City. Work will take place beginning on approximately Thursday, February 13 until Friday, April 11 between 7 am and 7 pm. Motorist should expect delays. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
