MO Route 177 in Cape Girardeau County Reduced for Asphalt Repairs, Shoulder and Guardrail Addtions

SIKESTON—Route 177 in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform asphalt repairs, as well as adding shoulder and guardrails in various locations.   

  

This section of roadway is located from Route J to Big Bend Road near Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  

  

Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, March 4 through Friday, May 30 from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. There will be various intermittent lane restrictions in place during working hours.  

  

The work zone will be marked with signs.Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
