The Route MM Roadway Widening in Greene, will widen Route MM to four lanes between I-44 and Haile Street in Brookline.

- Widening Route MM to 4 lanes between I-44 and north of Route 360/James River Freeway
- Install 8 inch raised concrete median between I-44 and Route 360/James River Freeway
- Breaks in the median will be available at: Farm Road 144, King's Street, Farm Road 148, Carnahan Street, Missouri Route 360/James River Freeway
- Realignment of Farm Road 144
- New signalized intersection at Farm Road 144
- Improved intersection access
- Pedestrian accommodations along portions of Route MM
- Total Project Cost: $18.2 million (partially unfunded)

- Widening of Route MM to 4 lanes from Route 360/James River Freeway to Haile Street
- Widen bridge over Route 360/James River Freeway to accommodate additional lanes and pedestrian access
- Install 8 inch raised concrete median between Route 360/James River Freeway and Haile Street
- Breaks in the median will be available at: Missouri Route 360/James River Freeway, Brookline Ave, Farm Road 156/Sawyer Rd, Amazon Facility and Haile St
- Expand existing intersection at Route MM and Sawyer Road
- Improved intersection access
- Pedestrian accommodations along portions of Route MM
- Total Project Cost: $13.2 million (currently unfunded)
Traffic Impacts:
- Farm Road 144 intersection at Route MM may be CLOSED intermittently, but not for long periods of time
- Lane closures and lane shifts on Route MM from I-44 to Haile Street
- Route MM night closures for storm sewer installations
- Residential and businesses will have access during construction

Will there be any road closures during construction?
Widening and intersection work may require occasional lane closures, however one lane in each direction will be open throughout construction.
Will the project affect residential or business access?
An 8-inch raised concrete median will be installed from I-44 to Haile Street. Breaks in the median will be available at: Farm Road 144, King's Street, Farm Road 148, Carnahan Street, Missouri Route 360/James River Freeway, Brookline Ave, Farm Road 156/Sawyer Rd, Amazon Facility and Haile St.
What type of pedestrian improvements will be constructed with this project?
The project includes a proposed 6-foot sidewalk along the east side of Route MM between Haile Street & Carnahan Street
Is MoDOT purchasing property from landowners?
MoDOT will need to purchase property and/or obtain easements in order to construct the widening of Route MM, intersection improvements and build the new sidewalk. A Right of Way representative will be contacting affected landowners to begin the acquisition process. The Route ZZ Extension in Greene County Project will build a new Route ZZ extending it between Route 60/new Route MM and Route ZZ (Wilson’s Creek Boulevard)/Route M (Republic Road) intersections while building a bridge over BNSF Railroad at Farm Road 103 and a possible roundabout on new Route ZZ extension and Route ZZ (Wilson’s Creek Boulevard)/Route M (Republic Road) intersection.
